Ordering for Groups, Teams and Wedding Parties
Matching stag do shirts, a glass for every usher, a hoodie for every leaver: ordering for a group is easy once you know how. Here’s how to order several personalised items at once, and when it’s better to ask us for a quote.
Adding several personalised items
Each item in your basket keeps its own personalisation. So:
- Same design for everyone? Personalise one item, add it to your basket, then change the quantity in your basket. Every copy will be identical.
- Different names or sizes? Personalise the first item and add it to your basket. Go back to the product, change the name or size, and add it again. Repeat for each person.
- Need to fix one? Click “Edit” next to that item in your basket.
Check each one in the preview as you go, because we make exactly what’s typed. It helps to have your list of names, spellings and sizes ready before you start. Delivery is a flat £4.99 per order, however many items are in it.
Stag and hen dos
Our personalised t-shirts come in adult sizes S–3XL, with a line of text above and below a photo, such as “Dave’s Stag Do” and the destination and year. There’s also a notes box for anything else. If everyone needs a different nickname, add each shirt separately. Check the size guide first: personalised clothing can’t be exchanged for the wrong size.
Please only use photos the person in them would be happy to see printed, and remember the person getting married has to wear it.
Weddings
- Engraved pint glasses for the best man, ushers and fathers of the bride and groom, with a name, role and date.
- Tote bags printed with “Bridesmaid” and a name.
- Passport holders for the honeymoon.
- Engraved coasters as favours or place settings. For larger numbers, ask for a custom engraving quote.

Teams, clubs and schools
Hoodies come in kids’ sizes (5–6 to 12–13 years) and adult S–2XL, making them ideal for leavers and club kit. Water bottles with names stop mix-ups at training and school. Engraved pint glasses or coasters make good end-of-season gifts for adult teams. Please only send club badges or school logos you have permission to use.
Bulk orders and custom quotes
For larger orders, branded items, or anything that isn’t quite what’s in the shop, it’s often better to talk to us first. Email grant@laserandink.co.uk or use our contact page, telling us:
- which product, and how many
- the sizes and names (a simple list is fine)
- your deadline
- any logo or artwork
For engraved items with your own logo or design, such as branded beer mats, wedding favours or corporate gifts, use the custom laser engraving quote form. We reply within 1–2 working days, send a digital proof to approve, and larger runs usually bring the price per item down.
Leave enough time
Shop orders are made in 1–3 working days and usually arrive 2–3 working days after dispatch. For a big group or an event date that can’t move, order early and tell us the date. Before Christmas, our last recommended order date is 15 December.
Frequently asked questions
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Some products have multi-buy options, such as sets of coasters or pairs of glasses. For larger orders, get in touch with your quantities and we’ll quote.
Can everyone in the group have a different name?
Yes. Add each personalised item to your basket separately with its own name and size.
Is delivery charged per item?
No. UK delivery is a flat £4.99 per order, however many items it contains.
