Two ways to order

Named gifts from the shop

For a small team where each person gets their own name, you can order directly from our shop. Add each item to your basket with its own text. Good choices include an engraved pint glass, a personalised notebook, a photo mug or a named water bottle.

Logo and bespoke orders

For your company logo, a batch of matching pieces or anything not in the shop, use our custom laser engraving service. There is no minimum order. Tell us what you need, how many and your deadline, and we'll reply with a quote within 1–2 working days.

How the custom process works

• Quote: send your details and artwork through the quote form.
• Proof: we send a digital proof showing layout and sizing. Nothing is engraved until you approve it.
• Make: each piece is engraved, checked and posted by Royal Mail, or made ready for collection.

Artwork tips

Vector files (SVG, PDF or AI) give the sharpest engraving, but a high-resolution PNG or JPG is fine. If you only have a small or blurry logo, we can redraw it. Engraving is single tone, so bold logos with strong outlines work best. Please only send artwork you own or have permission to use.

Local businesses

If you're based near Halifax, Huddersfield or the Calder Valley, custom orders can be collected from Sowerby Bridge by arrangement. Everyone else gets UK delivery.
