Laser Engraving for Leeds & Bradford
We don’t have a shop in Leeds or Bradford, and we won’t pretend otherwise. Laser & Ink is a small workshop in Sowerby Bridge, in the Calder Valley. Customers in Leeds and Bradford order online and we post their engraved and printed gifts by Royal Mail, with collection from Sowerby Bridge possible by arrangement.
Mail order first
Bradford is roughly ten miles north-east of our workshop and Leeds around twenty, so for most people in either city the simplest option is delivery. Shop orders are made in 1–3 working days, then sent by Royal Mail for a flat £4.99, usually arriving 2–3 working days after dispatch. You can follow every step from the live preview on the product page to your confirmation email without leaving home.
If you’d rather collect a custom or business order, you can do that from Sowerby Bridge by arrangement. It’s a workshop rather than a shop, so there are no opening hours; we’ll agree a time when your order is ready.
Why order from a small workshop?
There’s no shortage of engraving options in two big cities, so here’s what we offer:
- A real person checks every design before it’s engraved or printed, and we’ll get in touch if a photo or layout looks wrong.
- Honest advice about materials. We use a Creality Falcon 10W diode laser with LightBurn. It’s excellent on wood, slate, leather, glass and coated metal, but it can’t engrave clear acrylic, or bare stainless steel without a marking spray. We’ll tell you that up front.
- No minimum order for custom work, from a single bespoke piece to a small batch run.
- A digital proof to approve before anything goes on the laser.

Bars, breweries and cafés
Engraved wooden beer mats are ideal for bars, breweries, taprooms and cafés. Ours are 95mm round, 7mm thick, with four rubber feet, and they post easily, so distance isn’t a problem. ask for a custom engraving quote with your logo and quantity.
Offices and corporate gifts
Engraved coasters and glasses make practical client gifts and staff thank-yous. Every custom job is priced individually, and larger runs usually bring the price per item down.
