Start with a name

Every good bar needs a name. Popular choices include the family surname ("The Walker Arms"), a play on the house or street name, or a nod to a favourite pub. Add "Est." and the year the bar opened, the year the house was bought or the owner's year of birth.

Engraved wooden beer mats

Our engraved wooden beer mats are 95mm round and 7mm thick, with four rubber feet to protect the bar top. Choose from four designs: a foaming pint, hops and barley, crossed tankards or a wine glass with grapes. A set of four with the same design looks most like a proper pub.

Photo engraved coasters

Want the regulars on the mats? The photo engraved wooden coaster engraves a photo into the wood with a line of text above and below. A photo of the bar itself, the dog or the owner holding a pint all work well.

Engraved pint glasses

The engraved pint glass is a 20oz straight glass etched on a rotary attachment, so the text wraps neatly. Use up to three lines: a name, the bar name and a date. Hand washing keeps the glass looking its best.

Looking after engraved wood

Wooden mats are made to be used, but they aren't dishwasher safe. Wipe them with a damp cloth and let them dry; don't leave them to soak in spilled drinks overnight.
