Personalised Teacher Gifts
Personalised teacher gifts are a thoughtful way to say thank you at the end of the school year. Teachers and teaching assistants receive plenty of chocolates and candles, so a practical gift with their name on it, or something designed by your child, tends to be the one they keep.

Practical gifts teachers actually use
A teacher's day runs on hot drinks and lists. A personalised mug with "Mrs Patel's Tea" or a short thank-you message is a staff-room favourite, and the eight handle colours make it easy to spot. A personalised notebook (A5 or A4) with their name on the cover suits planning and meeting notes.
For carrying it all home
Marking, books and lunch boxes need a home. A tote bag printed with "Miss Hughes" and "Class of 2026" is roomy at 38 × 42cm. A named water bottle or a 40oz tumbler keeps them going through a busy day.
Gifts designed by the children
The gifts teachers treasure most are often the ones the children made themselves. Photograph your child's drawing or handwritten message in good light and upload it as the photo on a mug or tote bag. A personalised pencil case with the "Use my photo" design can carry the same artwork.
A note on photos of pupils
Many schools have rules about sharing photos of children. If you'd like a class photo on a gift, check with the school first. A drawing or a list of first names is a safe alternative.
Class gifts from the whole group
If parents are clubbing together, a photo slate showing a class drawing, or a matching mug and notebook set, makes a bigger gesture without a big bill.
Timing for the end of term
Schools in England and Wales usually break up for summer in late July, and in Scotland in late June. Allow 1–3 working days for making plus 2–3 working days for Royal Mail, and order at least two weeks before the last day so nothing arrives after they've left. Christmas is the other popular time, with the last order date of 15 December. See our guide to end of term teacher gifts for more ideas.
Frequently asked questions
What is a good personalised gift for a teacher?
A named mug, notebook or tote bag gets used every day. Gifts that include your child’s own drawing are especially well received.
Can my child’s drawing be printed on a gift?
Yes. Photograph the drawing clearly in good light and upload it as the photo. We print it in full colour on mugs, tote bags, pencil cases and more.
When should I order teacher gifts for the end of term?
Order at least two weeks before the last day of term. Each item is made in 1–3 working days, then Royal Mail takes 2–3 working days.
Can I order gifts for several teachers and assistants?
Yes. Add each gift to your basket with its own name. One flat £4.99 delivery charge covers your order.
