Choosing a remembrance keepsake

There is no right or wrong choice. Some people find comfort in something they can see every day; others prefer something small and private. These are the pieces people most often choose.

A photo to display

A photo slate gives a favourite picture a soft, timeless finish, with hand-chipped edges and its own stand for a shelf or mantelpiece. The crystal photo block makes the image appear to float inside clear crystal, and the small size arrives in a presentation box. Both have room for a short line, such as a name and dates.

Something to wear or carry

A photo necklace keeps a loved one close, and arrives in a gift pouch. A photo keyring is a discreet everyday reminder, and works just as well for a much-missed pet.

Remembering at Christmas

The first Christmas after a loss can be especially hard. A personalised bauble with their photo and name gives them a place on the tree each year. Please order by 15 December for Christmas delivery.

Choosing the photo

• Pick a photo where their face is clear and well lit. A relaxed, natural picture often means more than a formal one.
• Old prints can be scanned or carefully photographed in daylight, without flash.
• For small items such as the necklace, crop in closely on one face.

Wording ideas

Simple words usually feel right: a name with years ("Margaret · 1941–2026"), "Always in our hearts", "Forever loved" or a phrase they used to say. If you are unsure, a name alone is perfect.

Handled with care

We know these orders matter. Your photos are kept in private storage and used only to make your keepsake, and a real person checks every design before it is made.
